How do I connect my hotel to StayLah?
You can connect your hotel via our Extranet portal — simply create an account, add your property details, set your rates and inventory, and go live within 24 hours. No technical setup required.
How long does PMS integration take?
Most PMS integrations are live within 10–14 business days. Our integration team will guide you through the setup and testing process at no extra cost.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days via bank transfer. You'll receive a detailed statement in your partner dashboard.
